Out for an Easter long weekend bushwalk with old friends (AB and Big Mick B) and my oldest son, Jono. We'd hiked in from Wog Wog camp ground and stopped here for lunch. We camped that night at Burrumbeet, then onto Mt Haughton for Saturday night. We finished at the Sasafrass park entrance at 4pm Sunday, where the car was a welcome sight!
The views from this location are superb. Even with the less than ideal weather it was well worth taking the high road to visit this location.
