Only a few hundred metres from the beautifully sited 'Sublime' trig we think this one should have been called 'Ridiculous'.
You can find a track which takes you most of the way but 25 metres out you have to part the scrub and make your way through to the trig which is in good condition although without vanes or mast. This appears to have been officially removed as the the piece on top (theodolite stand?) has been taken out completely. Normally this remains. The plaque is still there though.
Worth the effort.
