Wow, what a beautiful place! Having done most of the other caches in the nearby Western Tiers, I was looking forward to visiting this area, and an event here was a great opportunity to do these caches. Love this whole area, it reminded us of our trek up Ironstone Mountain a couple of years ago when we stayed in Norm's Shack, which was very cosy, but this hut at Lady Lake was far more beautifully built. We camped at the hut in our tent outside, so we didn't have to hear the snoring...

The logbook was indeed very full, even the back page, but I found a blank space a few pages back under nutwood's and an entry from 2007. Signed while sitting on the deck as dusk was falling in gorgeous pastel colours over the plateau. Fantasic. What a wonderful experience. Thanks so much for the Magic Meal event and this bonus cache!
