Gallery of log for 2000 Finds (Caching Centre)
Found together with rogerw3 while undertaking another of our trig hunting expeditions, this time to the north of Penrith.
We wanted to clean up this one especially to congratulate our friend TC on his ever-growing number of finds.
However, on approaching the appointed roadside spot we were somewhat alarmed to see that GZ had obviously been struck by some kind of vehicle, and that parts of the apparent hiding place were gone!
Fortunately, the cache proved to still be in place, although wedged deep into the damaged recesses of the . . . whatever . . .
And all was still dry and in good order. TNLNSL.
When RTA work is eventually done to repair this damage, the cache container might be found . . . And what will the workers think of it?
In any case, we were relieved to be able to log this GCA traditional and once again salute the TC family for all their energetic geocaching!
