RODENT MAULS DINOSAUR IN TASMANIAN WILD AREA
Alas and woe Fluffyfish! The Tasmanian bush is not a place for a dinosaur. We went looking for this mainlander this morning and were shocked at what we saw. A rodent of some description had thought that Dino was going to be a tasty morsel. We found a small carpet of gnawed dinosaur on the ground and a dinosaur minus his left arm and the left side of his face with very obvious rodent fang marks on the upper body. Dino's hernia (or is it something else?) is intact. A very sorry sight. It doesn't appear possible to make meaningful repairs (facio-cranial surgery and artificial limbs on dinosaurs are beyond our skills) but we will treat Dino with some spray on skin to limit the rate of further deterioration. A photo has been added to the Gallery. Please ensure other wanderers that this is a very isolated incident in Tassie. We trust that Dino has a more enjoyable time in Tassie from here on.
