Description
A poke in the eye for those that like logs on moveable caches!
As I was cleaning up before moving house, I was rediscovering some old toys. This was a favourite dinosaur of my son. With an addition of a container to hold a log sheet and voila, a moveable cache.
May this dinosaur and its attached cache bring a smile to your face.....

Logs
Cache appears to be MIA so archiving to stop it turning up on the lists. If the cache owner can confirm it's in place they can activate the listing by placing an unarchived log against it.
Eight months after I hid it, I checked on the way back from Disappearing Tarn.
It's gone.
Best to archive, I think.

Back out in an appropriate area - very prehistoric.
A quick find with the help of the clue. Poor Mr Dinosaur seems to have suffered some unfortunate incidents in his travels as he is missing his left forearm and has suffered some serious grazing!
If you go for this cache you will have to go to the Domain. You not only get this cache, but his mate is hidden with him. Two for one!
Cheers OldSaint.

Hi fuffyfish
Anne and I have finished our three day tour of the West Coast; having stayed at Queenstown, Zeehan and Burnie for two nights, today it was head for the South and home. We also enjoyed visiting the towns of Strahan, Rosebery, Tullah, Waratah and Savage River. Both of us have really enjoyed our sojourn and it is a shame that all good things come to an end. The memories of this trip will be treasured.
This cache was the nineth on the agenda for today.
I drove from "Turners Edge" at Turners Beach to this cache located just outside Deloraine. Had been talking to the previous finder and asked if he could bring the dinosaur with him to an event we were both going to attend. Cheesy pigs said that he had found the cache but had left it where he had found it. Hence, I stopped during my travels and collected it today. The cache was extracted, the log signed at 1520hrs and put in the car to be hidden in southern Tasmania later. Now off to the next cache find as we head south.
Found five caches in total for day one. Day two, eleven caches found. The third day coffed up nine cache finds and two "Did Not Finds" but I think those two caches maybe missing in action. Day four resulted in sixteen cache finds and today, the final one of the trip, resulted in 12 finds. Total for the trip was 53 cache finds. Happy with that!!
Have had a better time watching Anne's face as she got a better look at the West Coast. She's loved Nelsons Falls, Strahan, the Museum at Zeehan, the falls at Waratah and her visit to Wynyard plus the gear she purchased during retail therapy.
Thanks for the cache and the fun of the find
Cheers OldSaint.

A very inappropriate dinosaur indeed lol. This chap is suffering the wear and tear of being in a location that gets regularly mowed, but found it easily. TFTC
The Inappropriate Dinosaur is out and about again.
Picked up the dinosaur along with his two froggy friends. Will move along the coast.
The sad looking Inappropriate Dinosaur is back out and ready to play!
Grab this poor little dinosaur, before handing on to other cachers at the event in Launceston
Inappropriate Dinosaur was the centre piece for the table while we enjoyed our meal. He (obviously a he) has had a rough journey looking a little worse for wear. He was even attacked while he was sheltering in our house (gallery photo) by a visiting yorkie. Have had to hide hide him for his own safety.

No better occasion than an event to release An Inappropriate Dinosaur back into circulation to continue the tour of Tassie - picked up straight away.
RODENT MAULS DINOSAUR IN TASMANIAN WILD AREA
Alas and woe Fluffyfish! The Tasmanian bush is not a place for a dinosaur. We went looking for this mainlander this morning and were shocked at what we saw. A rodent of some description had thought that Dino was going to be a tasty morsel. We found a small carpet of gnawed dinosaur on the ground and a dinosaur minus his left arm and the left side of his face with very obvious rodent fang marks on the upper body. Dino's hernia (or is it something else?) is intact. A very sorry sight. It doesn't appear possible to make meaningful repairs (facio-cranial surgery and artificial limbs on dinosaurs are beyond our skills) but we will treat Dino with some spray on skin to limit the rate of further deterioration. A photo has been added to the Gallery. Please ensure other wanderers that this is a very isolated incident in Tassie. We trust that Dino has a more enjoyable time in Tassie from here on.

The dinosaur came on a work trip down to Tasmania, where he was passed onto a local cacher during dinner. Time to explore the apple isle.
I was originally going to grab an abandoned gnome from this location as I had a family thing near here. blossom* let me know she had already rescued the gnome and dropped this one here instead. So it was grabbed about lunchtime.
I think it's a bit dangerous to be let loose on the mainland, if I can keep it under control I might have to keep it a couple of weeks and drop it safely on an isolated island, otherwise known as Tasmania.

Dropped this dinasaur at Warrmioo oval today, co-ords might be a bit rough due to tree cover. From the gate in the tennis courts, it is about 3m downhill. He is under a log, covered by bark at the foot of a dead tree
This chap was discovered in Emmaville. I'd gone there to chase a gnome and discovered the dinosaur had teamed up with him. Well, not too many other people out this way I guess so perhaps not surprising.
NOT HERE ANY MORE>
Very quick find at 1222. No one around and as there was no traffic I was able to park so that the view from the Post Office ws partially obscured. Will relocate this one in the very near future. Hopefully in a spot where it will not be lonely. TFTC

Dropped him off near a female Fruitisforus which is about a thousand times bigger so if they battle then unfortunately his days will be numbered.
Wow - what a busy road! Ignored that though & plunged into the undergrowth to be confronted. Thanks once again.

Couldn't change my travel scheme, so this one ends up back in Wollongong!

What ia better then doing a little froghunt on a beautiful saturday evening? Doing it together with a couple of cache friend. At arrival Blak&White were just returning so I thought I misseds out on all the frogs in the area, but for some reason they missed two. We all returned together and finished the search for the missing ones!
Thanks for the fun Fluffyfish!

Hidden near a couple of frogs but far enough away to prevent further harm. I did sign the log.
This inappropriate dino did inappropriate things to his fellow travellers on the way back. I could hear their screams but I couldn't help - much to vicious.
