I was on a very limited time budget when I arrived here. As soon as I pulled up the neighbors started to unload a heap of stuff out of their car which over look the cache. So I was trying hard to be discreet. But they never even glanced at me. I think I could have done the cache in fancy dress and they wouldn't have noticed. As I was short on time I used the hint and quickly had the cache in hand. When i was leaving I noticed that someone had set up an office partition and a pot plant on the nature strip. Was this here to block the view of the neighbors? Perhaps there were some rouge street accountants who like to work behind it, hidden from passing traffic. Very weird. .
