The Granite Belt in Southern Queensland centered mainly between Warwick and Wallangara on the New England Highway is know nationally for grapes, Wine production, stone fruits, Berries and of course apples. There are numerous trucking companies in the area as well as fruit processing facilities. Very popular area for back packers. I saw this sign for PYO Strawberries after October.
