1300 (280 km from home) Before helping 'Team' Juddda get down safely to #9 Drop Dead Gorgeous we thought we would head on out and grab us a trig. I really don't know why there aren't more of this style trig station, as the pedestal part of this trig would weigh in less than just the form-work to make a concrete pedestal on site of the usual 'modern' type of Trig Point that I have found, some of which have been in very remote areas.
It was a beautiful day to be outdoors for the last day of winter.
Thanks to Dave for the photo, as I had accidently left my camera back in my car in Sydney. Still quite a few trigs to re-find in the Blue Mountains, and am somewhat surprised that I had missed getting it the other times I had been out to get the nearby cache.
