This was supposed to be first on my list today, but a decision to clean out along Rifle Range Road and Gellibrand Drive was made, and it turned out to be the better option.
As I was walking towards GZ, a vehicle approached and stopped, so we had a chat about the golf course that is being proposed to be built here. They took off for the gate, and I continued to the light. A short time later they came back and more chatting and a lift was offered, so I took it (even though it was only 400m) and we chatted some more about the burn off that happened recently and this and that....
Finally arrived at the light, took the requisite photos and I walked all the way back.
I just wish I had taken some photos the last time I was here and then I could have arm chaired it!
