Found it our second time around in a object that looks like it is part of the fence. 

After a whole lot of hunting on Fathers Day sadly we need to report that the cache was open and it’s contents spread through a storm load of debris. We put everything we found back together, re-stashed where we believe it came from. ( hidden about 5-7m to where we found it.)
