Returned cache to its home by the pond. The Teddy's are now all clean and dry. Also dropped off two TB's that have come on over from San Francisco, USA.

03-Aug-08
Revisited cache with the mission of placing a travel bug but found the cache in a very water logged condition. The lid had been broken and the container 1/2 full of water. Have taken the cache and given the teddy's a nice warm bath and dry. Will get a new container and return the cache on Tuesday 5th August with a TB that has travelled all the way from San Francisco. The log book survived in its plastic bag but will return it in a new bag.

26-May-08
Found on a lovely sunny day with assistance from 3yo grandson. It is amazing how timber falls in neat piles. TNLN. TFTH.

Talk about a needle in a haystack, and then there it was. Right by the broken off bit as promised. It is amazing the types of things that break. 3 yo grandson had a great time assisting with the search. A lovely view on a lovely day. TFTH.

20-May-08
A fun hunt assisted by Grandson of 3, who was never really sure what his GeoGrandpa was up to, but was very excited about the find. Had a TED ready for the exchange but my assistant would not give it up as he did not want it live out in the cold.

The hunt took a while but persistence and getting down and dirty paid off.

Took TB. TFTH.

Would not have found this one without DIMC but it all makes sense now. My first day on the Geo job and learnt a lot. TFTC.

Gave this one a good shot but figure we were looking too low. TFTH.

Found by DIMC after a short search of the area. Had a great coffee afterwards and a great day on MTB's. Thanks again DIMC. TFTC.

Searched with DIMC. Got very warm but will return with appropriate equipment. A looking tool and gathering tool would be useful.
