Cache was out in the open sitting in a tree 50 meters from gps location,moved to spot and hid in flax ,took nothing left nothing

We took along some friends to introduce them to Geo Caching - was a great start for them - great views
Great walk ended up doing the whole walk. Was a bit tricky finding the start. Great!!

Nice track to start with this afternoon - nice stroll to the co-ordinates then a little time searching. Very pleasant.
We thought that this was going to be easy - how wrong we were. It took a lot of searching for but we managed to find it in the end.
What a great way to walk off lunch!! Great views from the top. We noticed that the inventory says there is not a travel bug in this cache but we found one in there trying to get back to the USA.
Excellent walk to this one. We have lived in the Taupo area for 19 years and had no idea that this carving was there.
