Visited the location on the way up the Ghan track. This was a veeeery wet trip and the creek was flowing.
Can't remember what we swapped. Container is a bit solar effected. Did running repairs. Local iron stone had a bit of effect on the GPS signal and had us running in all directions for a while until it stabilised.

Great spot for a rest. A c'van was there too !!!

Been here before a couple of times with the club but did not know of caching at the time.
Found this one as part of a Club trip to send off two special friends back to NZ and celebrate Xmas in June.
The weather was very wet and we made good use of the local amenities.

Cache was a little wet so replace external bag. Seems some critters may have attacked it before the rains came.
took - snake, left toy car.

TB

Yaaaay,
Our first cache as Team Breakaways. Visited this cache with Gazzan1 who acted as our trainer on the day. This trip was undertaken as part of a trip to the Little Desert. Great learning experience for us GPS novices. Geocahing will help us to learn some other uses for the GPS and create a greater team spirit at a different level.
After a small re-calculation all was straight forward. Look forward to more of this.

TNLNSL.
Regards TB.
