You can climb the rock at the north east face of the rock, along the line of weakness of the rock. I do this a lot before the ladder is built. This rock is history of Hong Kong, I will not move it. I will increase the difficult instead.

Found it but no use, the cache is jam deeply, about 3,4 inches. I can't touch the cache.

The residential area is off-limit to public, but the beach and the GZ is open to public. You do not need to pass through any private sector to get this cache.

I really think owner should change the location of the cache into a more cover area. Too many TB had lost......
