After another thorough search it was found! It had been moved closer to the throne with a wonderful view.
Not sure if the chair reference if for the chair that used to be on the rock but the only chair in sight is a burnt broken metal chair by an old campsite and couldn't find any geocache
Found the remains and what it used to be, looks like an animal had gotten to it with pieces of the container around the place.
