Found it - could not log as area was roped off for work - about 1m from my reach but it was definitely the cache.
TFTC. Really good to see some thought put into a cache - taking people to an interesting spot - rather than those who just slap a cache under any random post.

I can't believe this cache doesn't wash away during heavy rain!

Very dense bush to access this one - even more difficult to push a bike through! I recommend long sleeves and pants to avoid the scratches!
Found it - took me a very long time. Once discovered, I couldn't work out what took me so long!

Answering the below post - that was me! However, the grass areas were pretty flat on my arrival too - at least I knew I was in the right area!

Like others - never noticed this park before (looks like someone's front yard!). Took me a little longer than I thought, but got there in the end. Everything is still intact for the next person.
A good distance from the water despite the dam being full. Good quiz hunt!
