My first ever cache found with the geocache iPhone app! Downloaded it and started hunting this same evening. My friend Rob loaned me a headlamp and off we went. 

What a lovely cache! The hint made it pretty easy to find. 'Twas a beautiful sunny but very chilly afternoon! I swapped an old NZ penny for an Indonesian sim card, and plan to make it into a travel bug, started from the San Francisco Bay Area, and send it on a mission back to Ada's Air. TFTC! 

Beautiful spot! Found it on a ramble with Rob Glassey, after a beautiful Sunday drive. My second cache ever: Rob's been introducing me to Geocaching. TFTC! 

My first day of cache finding! Rob Glassey showed me the ropes. A beautiful day for hunting, and a beautiful spot for a cache. While searching, a muggle collapsed in front of us (with great dramatic flair). Fortunately a class of first-aid trainees just happened to be lurking nearby and took him under their collective wings. 

Easy find. Found with Rob, on my visit to Christchurch, on a tour of the hills. My first geocache! TFTC!
