Took me ages to find this. Eventually had to use the hint and found out I was looking in the right area, just wrong elevation. After some scrambling found it. Extremely satisfying find this one, definitely one of the best caches so far. Sat back to enjoy the view before heading back home.
Had 8 geokids crawling all over looking for it. Was about to give up when we eventually found it.
The geokids found this rather quickly which was surprising. They decided to get up to some mischief and created another rock pile close by to trick other geocachers. So if you come across a rock pile that looks like it was created by geokids you're getting warm.
It had been raining on and off for the last 2 weeks so the track was definitely approaching hard core mud 4x4 terrain. Luckily we were in a convoy of 3 landcruisers so getting stuck wasn't a huge concern. In one section one of the landcruisers aimed right of a tree in the middle of the track but the mud caused him to totally slide left. It was very funny to watch. Luckily he didn't slide into the tree. Lovely spot when we got there. Had the kayaks so we went for a paddle. GPS had problems locking on but we eventually found it. We exited the easy way. Not much (4x4) fun but it was getting late.
My heart felt gratitude to whoever left the McD's yellow lotus car as a swap. My son found it but I quickly claim it as mine. Been looking for one for ages in model car stores etc to match my own real one (also yellow). I now owe him a DS game in return!

This is probably a sin but I've moved it to S 31.58.292 & E 115.46.589 which is just outside of the fenced off area. It's fenced off for a reason. They are about to plant a whole heap of native seedlings in the area and it's obviously not good to encourage people to enter that area. I also had the geokids and first timers geocousins and it sends a very bad message to the young ones being on the "wrong" side of the fence.

Couldn't locate it. I'm sure we were in the right spot but the reeds are real thick up there. Maybe try again later.
After a bit of hunting around we found it. The shells and corn helped us know we were in the right spot! Also found a loose dinosaur which we put back. A small hotel sized bottle of shampoo had leaked slightly so we tightened it and did a bit of wiping but it needs a better clean. Lovely park. Didn't know it existed and we live minutes away. TFTC

Kids had a ball, if only because the cache was next to that hill. At least it kept them occupied while Mum & Dad did the math. Nice and easy once you got the answer but bring a calculator/phone to make your life easier!
Bugger, couldn't find it. I think we did the math right but nothing. Will have have to go back and try again another time.

We found it, eventually. Wife was very happy! Our very first geocache experience. Had to come back later in the day after go to another cache spot nearby but we found it.
This was our very first cache we found. Hi-5s all round. Kids very happy with this new "Treasure Hunt" game. Man it was small.
