Found on a motorbike trip. Signed the log - TFTC.

Found this today on my way home from work without the benefit of a GPS thanks to spotting StarGeezer looking around and recognising what they were doing. Nice to meet some foreign visitors to our lovely city. TFTC.

This cache has been around for a while now and I no longer have the means to "service" it, so removing it from listings.

Thanks to those that visited.

Took along an info sheet to insert but didn't manage to find the cache. Found your vehicle tracks OK. Have to try again next time I'm passing.

Whew - after nearly 18 months I was beginning to think that a visit to this cache would never happen. Thanks to Mac and Missus. I will replace the container at my first opportunity.

Amusing location. Takes a minute to realise the significance of the title.

An interesting part of SA history. Note for future reference - take note if something is a virtual cache before spending time hunting around on a hot day!!

Thanks to Team Piggy for the prompt response to email.

Second find on a very hot Australia Day. Poor GPS coverage at the time didn't help but found it after a few minutes searching. Quite a pleasant beach.

TNLNSL. Thanks for the cache

Found on a very hot Australia Day. Had to wait around for muggles to leave to replace the cache. Visit to the top coincided with the arrival of a cool evening breeze - much appreciated.

TNLNSL. Thanks for the cache.

Found on a pleasant day trip on the motorbike. Been to Woomera many times but never been to have a look at this. Like most of Woomera an interesting place that is a shadow of former glory days.
Took a mighty bean, left a packet of earplugs - always have a few of those handy on the bike!!
Thanks for the cache.

I agree that it probably doesn't match the difficulty and terrain rating, but then we didn't approach from the bottom. Glad I didn't go down. Didn't have any luck with the fish the next morning!! TNLN. Thanks for the cache.

Great view and interesting historical site. No doubt there were a lot more trees when the seafarer came up here.
TNLN. Thanks

Interesting spot to get to. Found while having a weeks holiday in Wallaroo. Knew we were in the right spot when we saw what's over the road. Took the bat, left a marble.
Thanks.

Interesting view - hard to believe the amount of activity that went on here in the past.

Interesting area, but couldn't find the cache. Had four members of the team all looking around in what we believed to be the right spot (and looked like the right place to find it) but no luck unfortunately.

Will have to wait till the next time we're in the area.

Our second find for the day. A great spot and probably not one that you would normally know about or visit. Good for birdwatchers and nature lovers, and very interesting.

[Took a bit of hunting but we found it eventually. Took a pack of cards and left a valve tool. Rather than cross the collapsed fence, help the dune environment and walk down the steps] opposite the tower and walk around the point. It's only a short distance.

Quite an easy cache to find. Our first one of three for the day. No swaps.

27-Dec-04
Found with new Christmas present. Took nothing, left stickers. First cache ever.
