Logs for stdavies

30-Mar-08
I was present with Simon when he placed the cache, and despite having ridden motorbikes and driven 4wd's in the area all my life, I've never actually seen the old mine entrance. Well done for your 1st hide Bro...

03-Mar-08
The track's a bit overgrown with the recent rain, and some of the spiders are as big as your hand, but it's pretty obvious when you get close... I loved the decorations, and some of the bugs were very thoughtful.

TNLN ( on the way to an unscheduled job)

28-Feb-08
Easy find on the way to a job in the area. Dried inside the container, as it was wet from the rain. I love the artwork! good job. Took carabiner, left earplugs.

23-Jan-08
Well, after 2 attempts aborted by rain and the 1 1/2 year old microcacher, and a lot of help from an anonymous well wisher, I found it! Just where any self-respecting cache would be.

I was just about to give up, as we will be taking our son home from Sydney Childrens Hospital to Maitland in the near future.

Was nearly spotted by a harmonica playing Muggle, but at least I had accompaniment while I filled out the log. [;-)]

Left: A 20 pack of pens
Took: perished whoopie cushion, Green Lantern TB & winged alien TB. Both TB's will be moved on in the Hunter Valley soon.
