Whoa, that was the best find of my geocaching experience! Garnercx and I went possibly the most direct way which also proved to be the probably dumbest way. I kept saying, surely the terrain shouldn’t be THIS difficult, even though it is my first 4 star. There were other options to get there but we wanted to walk a straight line as the distance looked far enough as it was.

After crossing some old dodgy looking bridges and going through a real bush bash we came to the creek crossing which was not more than 15-20 meters from GZ.

My first step I sank, literally to my knees, I’m so glad I didn’t try that in full attire. Once I crossed I knew the hardest was over and wasn’t expecting the most difficult of finds considering the terrain was a bloody challenge and a half.

Didn’t have the energy the lug Uncle Wally back, was happy to just sign the log.

Thanks Tackle_head.

Really forced my way to reach it, lucky I'm not the bodybuilder type of person Smile.

Nice spot. TFTC

FTF for one of Garnercxs dawgs. Unlucky for me I had a slight mis-reading on my GZ but lucky I know the owner so well and how he thinks. Clever hide mate, must have taken a bit of homework. Good excuse to get me out of the house on a beautiful sunday afternoon. TFTC TNLN SL Custo

After locating all the co-ordinates ended up in a very nice spot, again a place I haven't been to before. Great spot TFTC. Took TB.

So many muggles! but a sneaky quick find. TFTC

Very clever find on a damn cold windy evening. Well disguised. Thanks mate, another classic

Figured out I couldn’t solve this by only solving half the puzzle. Once all questions were answered a nice quick find. TY

Good spot, never been down here before. As garnercx says, gumboots would have suited me better. TFTC

What a walk! Thanks maccamob for this location. Spectacular views from here, throughly enjoyed this one.

What a find, out with Garnercx who figured it out much quicker than me, I would never have thought to look there. I see why this can be considered a masterpiece. TFTC

After a couple circles, I got myself to the correct spot for a very clever find. Well done. TFTC

Cheeky cheeky cheeky!

Finds like this is what has me hooked on Geocaching. Being the stubborn bugger that I am I tried and tried to go without asking for help but after a small while I realised I’d soon go insane if I didn’t. So I did the embarrassing and put my hand up for help.

I now understand why a few experienced people that couldn’t find it on their first attempt had previously said “once I re-read the description” they were able to find it.

Honestly when I was at GZ this was the only thing going through my head:

When I come across a DNF I feel like people may be doing this:

But when I come across the hard ones I feel like this:

So thank you Tackle you made my day.

Simply brilliant location.

First attempt was DNF. 3 weeks later after a little a experience I ventured back out with Garnercx. After another 10 minutes with no success I started to beg to contact another geocacher that has found this for some help and then BANG, found!

All the comments in the past made sense:
Standing right on top of it Smile

Out with garnercx tonight, and totally buggered if we could located this one which was a huge disappointment after a successful day. Don't think we couldn't find due to lack of light as it was late. Will be curious to see the outcome of the next attempt (not including Garnercx's) and see what they have to say. if it's found after us, I'll be there at the crack of dawn to try again.

Out again with Garnercx trying to clean up the whole area. Nice bit of history this spot.

Took toy story memorabilia and left TB.

2nd visit is a charm in my case. Went back with Garnercx and got it after a few minutes. Why didn't look harder there in the first place.

Took hacky sack dropped GC

Really should have paid more attention to GZ rather than getting fancy. Once I paid more attention to the basics easy find. TFTC

A special find for me. Another trip out with Garnercx but the first on I found before him. We disagreed on potential location, i saw something that just had to hide the cache, fortunately i was right.

What a rush! Nice and quick find. Lucky it wasn’t my first otherwise I’d be looking somewhere else at that spot to start with. TNLN TFTC

First to find!

This is the first time I have gone geocaching by my self and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Took the Geokids after school to location. The playground at first sight made them happy there was a cache nearby. After a small stroll along unseen surroundings made it to GZ. Whilst the area was obvious the specific location of the cache proved to be a bit of a head scratcher and took a little while to locate.

Was overjoyed when I did find it and not so bothered about muddying my pants. Took the travel bug and look forward to planting it elsewhere.

Thank you designk, this is a find I’ll never forget

Glad you got permission for that location, geokids would love it Smile Bringing Geoson back to this one to enjoy

Touching toes reference a little off putting but that aside a good find. TFTC

Thank god it wasn't a far walk from parking the car Smile good spot, TFTC

Wore nice jeans and shoes when searching for this one which proved to be a mistake. Well disguised and a nice find. TFTC

Found with garnercx. I am actually quite surprised no one has mentioned that this can be a slightly dangerous location. Perhaps I should have done this with daylight. Do tread carefully when searching for it.

Secondly I would like to say in my limited to geocaching I must say that this is by far my most challenging and rewarding find I’ve had. A very good idea. TFTC

Caching with garnercx, code pretty straight forward and location easy as I go past that location many times.

Caching with "garnercx". Hint made it very easy, thank you Mr. Green.

GarnerCX and I had no luck with this one today.

Out caching with "garnercx". First find geocaching, wasn't aware they came so small Smile Nice and easy find, good location to take children.

Found with garnercx and without using the hint Smile TFTC

Caching with "garnercx". would have found it a lot faster if was given the correct ground zero Smile Have left a nice little present from Asia.

This was to be my first geocache! Alas, garnercx and I couldn't find it.

Caching with garnercx. Geodaughter took plastic diamonds, plastic car & small blue army toy for geoson. Left behind 5 coins from China.

Once we worked out what side of the fence we had to be on, garnercx and I had no problems finding it.

Caching with Garnercx. Easy find but this one needs maintanence. the log is not only very wet but starting to go mouldy!

the log is very wet and needs replacing.
