Logs
As per the previous log, I also searched a lot of trees without any joy.
Considering that the last two logs were DNFs and the found log before that was way back on 01-Sep-17, it would be really nice to see a note from the CO saying that he has checked on it. Then done whatever is necessary to give confidence to searchers.

We looked though all the trees in the area a couple of times and were unable to locate. We didn't purchase any oysters as we do not like them but we did buy fish and chips for lunch.
Spent quite a while searching but all we found was a pencil! Couldn’t stay any longer

Found this one after bit of a search as it had become a bit buried in the fork of he tree. Thanks for the cache richlink!
A quick find. We passed through here 2 years ago but only grabbed the GC cache.
A busy spot on a Tuesday afternoon.
Thanks.

Thanks.
Had to call in for this one, someone had told us that the oysters here were to die for. Thanks for the cache richlink
Other than fighting off the mozzies and the ants this was a good cache. No oysters were eaten today due to the non availability of such animal, maybe next time. I promised to consume twice as many.
A well hidden cache in a spot that was scratchily difficult to get to. Sent Mr M in, . Mrs M got into the giant oyster shell... after all, she is a real pearl, you know. Had a bit of fun here even though we don't eat oysters, or any other seafood for that matter. TFTC guys, all the way out here. Who would have thought!?

A quick find while touring around Ceduna and the outlying areas. No swaps, SL. Thanks for the cache.
Our GPS quickly found where GZ should be but there wasn't a cache. We widened our search and after about 10 minutes we located the cache, in a good hide, about 8m from where our GPS indicated GZ should be. Oh, we did get a dozen oysters - they were great. TFTC
Search until spotted the container - signed the log. Tomorrow will leave Ceduna for home. see u soon. Thanks Lyn x

Staying at Venus Bay for the week with my lady friend, Ingrid, we did lots of exploring and of course, geocaching along the way.
Saw this and a GC cache nearby so had to visit.
Bought a dozen freshly opened oysters for $10.50 from the friendly and helpful lady in the hut. THEY WERE DELISH!

Shopping trip into Ceduna from Smoky Bay, completed with a bit of poking around in the bush. Very cute little cache.
Funny that there are two here, one on either side of the information bay

WanderingAus wandered by on day 111 of a "climatic refugee" trip, heading home far too early imho, but The WanderingMrs (aka SWMBO) has a function she MUST attend next Saturday. The wind was howling and the rain was gusting, I coulde barely stand against it, but I still made a very easy GAFF 1 find. Two days of storms, heavy rain, and very strong head winds has had us using far too much fuel, but once The WanderingMrs gets a sniff of home (and the wind IS coming from the West) there's nothing stopping her.
I'm not even sure the oyster place was open, but oysters at 10 AM is not my preferred dish. We spent half an hour parked outside the Big 4 caravan park, hoping to connect to the internet and upload some logs, but they had been hit by power outages (like much of South Australia and even Broken Hill) and all I got was "System Initializing, please try again later". After 30 minutes of trying again we had finished our morning tea and headed off to find this cache.
My find No 1904, TNLNSL.

Found on our way to Darwin back in July. We took the long way to Kalgoorlie and Broome but got here in the end. A cold and wet day in Ceduna.
On our way back to the west after Xmas in SA. First find for the day, TNLdino, TFTH.
Hoorah!! First to find. Our first cache for the day too. We didn't buy any oysters... a bit too early for them. TFTH
