This is surely not here anymore. Brought foxbane with me this time and we scoured the area below and above. Can owner please check, I would love to place another cache in the area.
Morrisminor and Chummy climbed down for a closer look while we shouted helpful advice from the top with Spiderfoot. Interesting location. Seems a bit tricky to access the playground from where we were though (much to Charlie's disappointment). Not sure if we weren't looking in the right spot, or if the cache/logbook has now disappeared completely.
Well the Jamestown Table Tennis Comp is done & dusted for another year time to head south & a little closer to home & find somewhere to camp the night & maybe even pick up a cache or two along the way

Just had lunch at the pub across the road.

We just found a corner to sign in.

Found whilst "mopping up" after the June Long Weekend event. There are so many caches, we didn't have time to do many regular ones during the weekend, so today was another relaxing day and of course we had to find a few.
This was our RunCount0th cache in our caching run today - and we found it at around 13:50.
(So this is our 43500th total find.)
Hmmm, for a short cut we certainly took the long way around to get to one of the start points from the parking spot.
Took: Nothing
Left: Nothing
Thanks Ciril for the hunt today.

After more than one circuit of the area, it finally all started to make sense! We needed a good walk before our long drive home after such a great caching weekend! Log book desperately needs replacing but we did not have one small enough-only about 200mm wide! TFTC Ciril
Found after seeing off Mum Grom on the Riesling Recovery Ride. An interesting, little hidey hole. Managed to find a spot in the middle of the logbook. Cache #1,356.
Found It!
Had a go at this on on Sunday afternoon to no success... But after a few hints that night I went back today and found it!

Dropped by with Locus Cache on a short cleanup trip after the CCC2 long weekend event. After a short scramble, and a look around with the torch, I actually spotted the cache, but assumed it was a cigarette butt. Locus cache had to join me before we realised that it was actually the cache. Well, it was a coloured logbook, without any container. Suspect that this one needs a bit of TLC.
Thanks Ciril!
Thanks Ciril!
As I have done many many times, I took the long way around because I assumed! Made an ass out of me!
Took a bit of time once I got to GZ but finally got it.
Full log.
No container.

Found with Burt96. Log book full. Surprised it was just sitting there pinned down, but not contained in anything. How does it not get wet? TFTC. Good spot!
Found cache quickly then discarded it only for Col to find 10 mins later....wont live that one down for awhile....thanks Ciril
Out caching in the Clare area while hiding our Clare Caching Capers temporary caches. Great day out with the Honeysucker crew.

Raven refused to get out of the car, not even to the playground, so this was a solo effort by Owl. Clever hide. Have you got the hint that the log is full yet?
Found it No. 5787 ... this one did not take long to find ... LOG BOOK FULL did not have a spare one with us ... TNLN ... TFTC Ciril
Found a logbook without a container, so signed that, but it was full. Found another container nearby, but weren't sure how to open it safely. We couldn't get it open easily without a tool,& no marks to give us any clue how others opened it (if at all). Decided it was safest if we left it, unsure of whether we should claim a find.
couldnt see eithir end of the walkway from were i parked so i made my own track. got a strange look from a council worker who was looking for graffti, he must have been thinking i did it (wasnt me). logs were tricky to get out of the tin. was interesting listening to everything passing over the bridge
Easy find but it takes two to extract the log. Enjoyed the walk on a beautiful morning. TFTC
Cache tin has no lid & it's spider central here but another successful locus cache while on lunch break during a Samrats ride to Burra. SL in middle on someone else's page as it's full. TFTC
Found while visiting Clare for the Tour Down Under. Managed to smash my head on the nearby metal sign so now I have a terrible egg on it! Thanks for the cache.
Last driver change returning from 3 day CFS deployment. Time to squeeze in a cache.
Greetings from Wisconsin, USA. Happy New Year and Merry Christmas! #52 on our Australian adventure. Took some time negotiating it away from the spiders.

While on our trip to Australia, we stopped and found this one along the way. It took us a little searching, but we did make the find. TFTC.
Didn't take enough notice of the description so had to walk back around the corner for access. Then after the event we found the shorter shortcut. TFTC.
Found while waiting for our delicious pizza to cook while enjoying a weekend in Clare. I wanted to walk through the whole area, but Boxer was in a hurry and so he jumped a fence while I waited on the bridge.
We had one of Margieh's fat log books with us and so popped that in the cache - so it should be right for quite a while.
Thank you.

Found at 11.00am GAFF1 in the company of GeoSamo. So glad it wasn't in the playground itself as there were a few midget muggles enjoying the equipment.
Thanks Ciril.
Thanks Ciril.
Found easily after a short stroll. Lots of muggles around, but they were all doing their own thing, and not interested in us.

Lovely little playground, but I think the path underneath the bridge would be more fun to young kids, .
We took a break from winery-ing to give the kids a run on the playground. Oh how convenient - a cache here too. Found pretty quickly, but the log is chokers and needs replacing.
Thanks for the cache

Thanks for the cache Ciril.
Geocahing with TheKellyGang for the day this took a bit of thinking but eventually found it clever hide...
Description a bit too vague. Looked for all the 'pipes' under and around the under pass, but to no avail. 3/3 dnf's today. Bad start to our geocache adventures
We stopped in town for lunch and after getting some grub at the nearby bakery we went to the playground to eat and play. I popped over for the very short walk during lunch and after a short search I came up with the goods. TFTC!
Found while on a days caching with Earthlight
Geo hubbies sat in the car while us wives went in search of the prize

We found this as part of a huge day of caching in the mid north with Team Waldron.
We tried for the century but like the Australian Cricket team, that proved elusive and we had to be content with 60 odd caches for the day.
Thanks for the cache, it was fun.

The locusts are bad up this way at the moment.
We cleared a path as we walked to the cache but one ended up down my shirt!
An easy find.

After all the rain this week and the water madly raging through this area we were pleased to find this cache. Thanks. That is the second one in this vicinity I have now found.
Have been to Clare many times but never knew this existed

Walked over from the skate park. While I was searching a woman at the hardware gave me a funny look, but I managed to find and replace the cache before she came back. Thanks Ciril.
Found by Mary & David at 0805. The shortcut was unoccupied this morning. Found the cache after a short search. Lovely sunshine already. There's been a lot of water through here recently too. Our thanks to ciril.
A quick stop in Clare on our way back East. Dropped down from the hardware carpark and made a quick find, thanks to the good clue. Thanks Ciril.

Couldn't work out if this was the multi we were searching for in the same area a year ago, until we realised that cache was offline. Found while Mr Ermalesh was searching higher up for it. TFTC
Found in the company of good friends Pack of Sullies, rain had stopped long enough to make the shortcut between playgrounds. TNLNSL. TFTC.
Great but tricky cache! Homer found this one . First time no go but second time yippy. TFTC.
