Woot woot time for another Tuesday trekking. For a trio of Confused Puzzlers. The plan for today was ttrogg to pick up the Rat from her nest. Then head into hills to meet up with the Starfish at his pond.We piled into the starfish mobile for a day of caching.Stopped by whilst passing through the area.A quick find Mrs Rat today. Tftc
I also liked the view! Great spot, thanks for bringing Chookster and myself here.
Naughtybunny and I were chilling out on the couch when we decided to go for a drive to grab a cache. What began as one cache turned out to be six in the end. We loved driving around these parts and exploring all the back roads. This was number 3 for tonight. A quick find in the end as we saw something suspicious in the distance as we walked to GZ. Another fire track only sign! Did we see the sign?... Maybe... The car loved this little track and the views were amazing up here. TNLN. Cheers.
TFTC!Found @ 11:28 amHiked up the hill. Must agree the view is quite spectacular from up here!Glad to see a cache placed back in 2003 still active.Only negative is the animal carcass that's been pulled apart right near the cache.Day 44 of caching streak Find # 549
Made the journey up here and enjoyed the view. Cache is in good condition despite the long time between finds. TFTC
alays good to get a Alex cache, 2003 oldie. I like the view too. The road now classed as a fire track. A very well graded fire track. quick find and clear views for miles.
Today headed out with mogni to get me up to 10 finds on every calendar day ( 2 days to go out of 366 ) and do maintenance on 1 of my caches and a few of mogni's plus target a 2001 cache.

Came up here to look around dream property only to find it under offer, depressed, I opened cgeo to find I was standing 20meters from a cache. Winning.

Having spent the weekend playing sport it was now time to head home, back to Whyalla. Well, with a detour of course to grab another old cache. An amazing little drive in here from the main road, well worth the extra time on our trip The view from GZ was awesome. Always great to find the old style cache containers that stand the test of time. TFTC
Mr Tardis was out for a ride through the hills on the motorbike. I stopped here and must have had my caching mojo because I found the cache in the first place I looked - don't you just love it when that happens?
A nice sized container, and a great road for the motorbike.
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache Alex.

A nice and easy find with an amazing view
A big day out with 101 finds between Adelaide and Blachetown, definitely didn’t take the google maps recommended route that’s for sure, a detour to Murray bridge then through the back roads to Loxton and back to blanchetown. A nice day out overall when dodging the large dust storm.

Nice day to hop on the motor bike and do some exploring. After navigating my way up the bumpy road, found a good sized cache. Indeed a nice view! TFTC

Another fun afternoon caching with Jack and Purrfect Di.
The signs didn't want us to get the cache, but we persisted anyway.
Nice quick find of a safe dry cache with a fantastic view.

Out with hevwalker for the afternoon.
A tricky place to park, but a nice view from around the corner.
We got in the hard way and found the easier way later.
A nice, durable cache for the heavy weather we've been having.
Thanks for the hide alex

So did we. We are also very pleased that this is a little used road as the parking made us a little nervous. A top place for a cache. SL TFTC
Found at 13:39 with Olga. It seems to have already been found today. An oldie. It has taken 13 years to get here
Thanks Alex
Thanks Alex
Today 3 people asked me for directions to rockleigh, I didn't know- I live in kanmantoo. I looked it up to provide directions and was then interested in where it was... Of course I checked if there were any caches! So I drove up with my daughter to be treated to this amazing view. Thank you for placing this cache. We left a couple extra swap items. X
Was almost dark as we arrived at GZ. Luckily a good sized cache that was easily spotted without the aid of torchlight! With geokids StunkPanda2006 & gnomeo2007. Would have been great views if there had been enough sunlight left to enjoy them! Thanks.
We certainly weren't expecting views like this when we set out to find this cache but wow, they were awesome. Thanks for bringing us to this spot & also for the cache.
Found It!
For a cache that big it took me way too long to see it!!! Fantastic views and good mobile phone service up here!

Found with Utta Jnr. Been ages since we cached and I had a TB I had to let out and this seemed to be a good spot. And it was.
Took the Dinosaur and left a Lanyard (Rally Australia) which was suitable given the excellent rally style track to get here - albeit driven cautiously and carefully.

Knocked off work early as wasn't feeling well. Some caching to cheer me up! Came from the bottom in a 2 wd but made it easy. I agree alex. I could see all the way to Mount Barker. I liked the views also. Thanks for the cache.
Found it!
We loved the view too!
TFTC and the detour to a part of the world,
where it looks like has received a lot of rain recently.

Did not enjoy randomly poking around in wet, prickly bushes far a cache that may oh may not be at the posted coords [:(!]
Add my DNF to the list.
We looked for a good 20mins (it wasn't raining yet when we were there)and had no joy even with reading the logs and realising the change in cache size.

Prickly ol' place this.
Spoils were spotted but I'm not sure that they are from the original or the replacement.
We liked the views anyway.
But does the cache need to be in the middle of prickly bushes in such an isolated place? And the prickles don't seem to be protecting the cache, do they?

We liked the view as well [^]! Steep Hill Road - that's an original name [:o)]!!
Unfortunately, the cache has been muggled .
Collected every thing we could reach, cleaned up the broken container and replaced it with a new one (only a small now) [^].
Put the log in a bag with a silica pillow, but it could really use drying out.
Took jet. Left garden magnet. SL.
Placed back in a slightly different spot, about 4 metres away (closer to our co-ords today).
Thanks Alex.

This cache has been around for a while with many people, including myself, enjoying the views. The container is just starting to be a little worse for wear and will need attention in the near future. Took a ball and left a spider. TFTC.
Easy find. The view was very enjoyable but not the prickle bushes. Left ball took frog. TFTC.
Great view and the cache is packed with all sorts of treasures!!!! Left path tag TN. Thanks for a great cache in a great location!!!!
Easy find, but not easy to retrieve and log, I had jeans on but still was getting attacked by those prickly bushes. The faint hearted would just turn around and go. Yes its a great view. TFTC
Great view. Would even be better during Winter/Spring when the grass was green. Had the shorts on so had to be a bit careful negotiating the prickly wattle bushes. TFTC
Excellent view alright. I would hate to be here on a real windy day. TFTC. TNLN.
A fairly easy find (apart from the prickle bushes) while cycling a section of the Kidman Trail witth Mad Dog Adventures. Magnificent view of a very green country side.
A Mad Dog / Etrex MTB Monday ride for just a little first explore of the Kidman Trail. Great scenic riding in this very green Spring time.
Nice view and easy find (once you find the right road).

A quick find on a caching expedition to the Bridge. I wish id brought my camera having just looked at the photos the previous cachers took of the brown parched hills, today it was green as far as the eye could see.

It was a grey and dark late afternoon when I pulled up at this cache, and there wasn't a view. Cache was visible from the roadside but getting to it involved pushing through piles of prickly acacia, ouch! The cloud had cleared somewhat and I agree with Alex, a great view is on offer here.
I liked the view too, especially on a lovely spring day like today.
Easy find. Took TB. LNSL. TFTC.

Great Alex- Just what a cache should be- thoroughly enjoyed the drive to and from this one and the view at it too. TFTC. L lizard and took the TB keyring
I loved the view. There are so many beautiful places here is SA that I would never get to see if I wasn't caching. Thank you for find these places and giving me the chance to discover them too.
Great view of the countryside. Been here on the road once before, nice and steep descent. No swaps.
Wow so beautiful view so excellent... No swap. SL. Thanks Alex for organising the cache and hunt.
Found by The Noodler. Went down this aptly named road, stopped to get cache when a woman following in a red 4WD caught up and almost had a panic attack when she had to pass! Road wide enough for 2+ vehicles, but she was not confident. Took fire patch, left opal.
Found this cache with froghoppin and have since created my own team name and currently logging previous finds after discussions with other cachers at a recent event TFTC
Fantastic view thanks Alex

A quick find today. We are getting used to the new GPSr. Thanks Alex, for the cache and the new toy. TNLNSL
Very pretty green carpet in the valley below. Long time between visits for this cache which is a pity because its a great view. TFTC
It's probably been said before, but that is a prick of a spot ... good views though.
Took a cat ... Left a dog.
Thanks for the cache.
