Logs for EnigmaFish

Thanks to both cachers who logged that this needs maintenance.
I will go out directly, hopefully tomorrow, to check on it.

This, and the other dam cache, provided a lot of interesting information about dams. Thanks for that!
I got some great photos of the figures, so I'm glad you brought us here for a cache. Thanks!
I've been too tired today to attempt the longer (better) walk, so we parked at the hotel in Creevy. Even this little ten minute walk was spectacular! Really enjoyed the cache site as well, so thanks!

I was in Sydney for holidays, so felt I really had to do the Oldest Cache outside America while I was here. If you don't know Sydney's public transport system then getting to this park without a car can be tricky. I've included transport directions below in case they might be helpful to someone else.
Once we got off the bus on Delhi Road, we walked about 1.5 km to the cache. It was a very peaceful walk, past the cemetary and the park's camping entrance. I really enjoyed the walk through the park since the trees and foliage is so different from what we get here in Ireland.
We got slightly turned around looking for the right path, but once we used the stone steps coordinates all was right again.
This was a really enjoyable afternoon out - thanks again!
Public Transportation Directions to get there, taken from www.131500.com.au, using Macquarie Cemetary as the stopping point. It took about one hour.
Take this train:
Wynyard Station Platform 4, Sydney to
Chatswood Station Platform 3
Then 545 bus:
Chatswood Station, Stand L Victoria Av West Side to
Delhi Rd Nr Plassey Rd, North Ryde
Then walk to cache.

I had been having some technical issues with the GPS, so decided to try an "easy" cache in Sydney to see if the GPS was working again. Well! Finding the little park was easy, and it's a great little spot. Finding the cache itself was another matter. First, I waited for the muggles to finish lunch, took some photos and had a few sneaky looks. Once I had the place to myself, I did a thorough search... of the wrong things. Rereading the logs and thinking outside the box (or circle) finally led me in the right direction.
Very clever container and a great hide. Thanks for hiding such a clever cache in such a busy place!

I can't think of any better place to be on a lovely spring day. Thanks for the cache.
Great idea for a cache!
Please see attached requested photo of me dropping something into your bin. (Honestly, I don't know what happened... I don't normally look that pyschotic!)
It was actually hard to find any litter in the area. I think your idea is working. ;o)

Well we looked and looked but we couldn't find the cache. We did find a teabag though, in a spot which would have been excellent for a cache. Weird place to put a teabag though.

I've come to Australia to visit a friend who lives 300m up the road from here. This is a beautiful spot and an easy find. Thanks for bringing us here.
A note for the next person. There is no pen in the cache so be sure to bring your own.

Just thought I'd pop in a Needs Maintenance as the log book is now really full and still rather damp. If I'd had one with me, I would have replaced it.
Nice easy find. My german non-Geocaching friend found this one. These two are really getting good at this - puts me to shame.
Decided to show my non-caching friends a simple quick multi. I think they might be catching the bug! This probably has something to do with them finding all the caches!
I picked up the Grapes TB. Will move it on its way.

This is easily my favourite cache in Australia - so far - and it will be hard to beat.
Thanks for a great cache.
Thanks for a great cache.
Found this one just after Highway's End. I found it, actually. Every cache I've done here has been with two non-caching friends, and they have found every cache so far. It was getting embarrassing!
Very clever. The clever caches really are the best.
We were standing there, scratching our heads for ages but we couldn't find it. I tried Renroc's coordinates from her log, and uttered almost exactly the words in the Hint. Then... about two seconds later... we realised why everyone felt so stupid when they found the cache.
Thanks for giving us a good laugh!
I took the geocoins and TB and will move them along.

This is such a nice old road - thanks for bringing us down here. My non-caching Australian friend found this one.
I took the two travel bugs. Will help them continue their journeys.

Nice easy find after a day driving up and down the beach in Tony's 4WD. Monia loved watching the dolphins from the sea wall. Thanks for bringing us here!
It's worth mentioning that the pencil in the cache is completely dull. If the next person going can take either a new pencil or a pencil sharpener that would probably be good.

On holidays with two friends, one of whom has not cached before. Thanks for giving us a nice easy caching intro - one of the non-cachers actually found it!
*********** spoiler alert **************
I think the hint may be throwing people off, as it is now completely incorrect. The cache is not under leaf litter.

This is the most easterly cache I've ever found... or is it? Directions are such funny things. You keep going east, and east keeps getting further away.
Just arrived in Australia yesterday. Thanks for bringing me to such a nice place on my first day.

Just getting around to logging some caches now. This fort wasn't as well preserved but still had some lovely views.

Found with Fjon. I was also wearing sandals, and although a day trekking around Comino in sandals was okay, boots or shoes would be better. Then again, I'm from Ireland, so it was nice to be able to wear sandals at all without socks!
Beautiful weather, beautiful place. Thanks.
