Found, with two others this afternoon. I am from Maine, in the USA visting my uncle, who is a priest.
I do not think it is there. I went twice, and dug all around. I will be in area until Thur. No luck... I think its been muggled!

This is the Aroostook River Dam, its right in my hometown. Its not major or anything, but it serves our purpose for the Aroostook River Water.
This dam was built in 1889 by the
