Logs for Lady Nomad 

Hey there! Thanks for getting a virtual in WDW before virtuals were stopped! I hope you'll except a couple of photos; one of me inside and a pic of the outside. We went to the cache 3 times and they had something going on right where we needed to be. TFTVC!!

AWESOME caching day! Nine for nine, and this was one of them! TFTH!  

My parents and I went to Kingman for lunch and a day of caching (we live in LV). Mom and I are trying to get dad as addicted to this hobby as we are! TFTC!  

When we arrived at GZ, the cache was in plain site, and easily mixed in with trash on the ground in the area. There was no lid on the pill bottle, nothing identifying it as a geocache, and inside was a weird piece of paper that seems to have gotten wet more than once, with one entry on it and that was it. We scoured the area to be sure the real cache wasn't hiding somewhere, but no such luck. We signed it, and put it back where found, but I covered it with an extra rock so it wasn't immediately visible. Really need to check up on it and perhaps replace it. Thanks. 

We found it quick and easy. At least we think it was the cache. Like BMWer mentioned a few log entries ago, if it is the cache, it needs help! If it's not the cache, someone may have taken it and left a sad little replacement instead. 

Had a nice stretch break here on our way back from St. George to Las Vegas. We've been making this trip for YEARS and never knew there was a campground with such an awesome view here! TFTC! 

We stopped on our way home from St. George to Las Vegas to hit a couple of caches near the freeway. This one is quite busy! Took a bug and left a coin and a couple of bugs in return. This seems to be a good spot to move, drop off or pick up TB's and coins. Very cute cemetery, too. TFTC!!

I make the drive from LV to LA several times a year, but the last several times, the thermometer has been dark, as it was today. On the rare times I have seen it lit, the temperature was not correct. I'm afraid that like the rest of this once thriving travel stop city, the thermometer's famous landmark days are behind it, and it is falling into disrepair. While gettting close to the thermometer (and nearby Bun Boy sign for another cache), it is clear that it is receiving very little maintenance. But, according to my car external temperature, it was about 70 degrees when I visited around 2:30pm. 

It was REALLY windy out on this end of town today, but that didn't stop me! Your long was completely full, so I dropped off a new one for you. TFTH!!

A little wind won't stop me! LOL I was out in the area caching and dropped off a bug at this one (I took a bug as well). There are at least 3 in cache for the next person to choose from. TFTC!!
