11-Jan-10
Maintenance complete, cache back up

06-Jan-10
Missing/lost pencil will be replaced this Monday, 11th JAN

13-Sep-09
A tapered pencil has been placed in the plastic tube. Pull the log out by the pencil tip to remove the log from the cache, then pull the tapered pencil from the plastic tube. When finished using the pencil make sure it is pushed firmly back in the plastic tube (not too hard just hard enough that the pencil will not fall out if the plastic tube is held upside down and shook)

16-Aug-09
Down for maintenance

13-Jul-09
Luckily I found this cache a few days before the unfortunate sinking, don't feel too bad Knappling I was thinking how easy it would be to drop it in the drink myself. I suppose any cacher could say "I just found that lost cache but had not posted the find yet" after the log is at the bottom of Darling Harbour, but I also happened to photograph the signed log (and the one lost cache item).

01-Jul-09
Easy grab even though security guard was leaning against it, he was absorbed in a mobile phone conversation. Putting it back was a different matter, his partner came and ended the first guards call. So they were both sitting on top of the location. In the end I took the cache with me to Starcity and back, perfect timing as they both had moved on just as we got back. Good hide with the added fun of muggle security inc.

02-Jun-09
Mechanical redundancy gave it away in the end, second CBD cache today, my first ever Matrix series cache.

At 0720hrs Chinatown was still asleep, except for the construction site across the street

4th for the day.
I initial got distracted by a genie bottle earring that someone had hung on a sign near by. I though there may have been some connection with the cache. When I realised it was just a coincidence I was tempted to put it in the cache as it would have fit nicely.

Sorry everyone. Thanks R Spirit I had a look on google earth at my posted coordinates and they look to far to the East, I may have used the wrong waypoint, I will checkmy GPS when I get home. Your S33 56.964 E151 02.649 is closer to the mark, though I suspect a couple of metres to far south, I will update Coordinates as soon as I can confirm.

5th Found it for today. Easy enough find with a Googlemap arial photo in hand. After a couple of red herrings I orientated myself in the large grassed area and then walk straight to it.

3rd cache 2nd Matrix for today. "Because you have been down there, Neo. You know that road." down? too bad it's up hill, but you can't tell in the movie

01-Jun-09
Log book needs replacing

31-May-09
Easy enough find after reading clue. Great spot with good accurate GPS coordinates for anywhere and excellent for in the CBD. At the risk of being too picky Northing should be 6250430 in my opinion (see image)

Will read clue and look again
