Headed East with [Purple] BoydChicks [/purple] to do the El Dorado Series, the newer caches on the Grandpa series, a bunch in Henderson as well as those whose path we crossed along the way. We used a Toyota Rav4 to eliminate any problems with ruts, rocks or soft sand. The coords are great and the caches well identified. The weather was fantastic and made our trip even more enjoyable, even managed a side trip to Las Vegas one night. Thanks to all the C.O. for making our trip an epic adventure. Having finished the HMD Series, [Purple] BoydChicks [/purple] and I decided to make day 3 a leisurely cache run around 29 Palms before heading to Joshua Nat’l Park. This was our first time to this Nat’l Park and was blown away by the sheer beauty and diversity of the area. While in the Park, we took time to enjoy the many virtuals within the park boundaries. Thanks In Pursuit of Cache for adding a bit of fun to my day [^] Glad the coords were good as the cache wasn't where we expected. 

Today was a great time to take advantage of the weather and enjoy a 10 mile bike ride on this section of the beach while grabbing a few of the caches. Judging by the number of airplanes that passed overhead, I’d say LAX is busy this morning. Lots of surfers enjoying the beach today too, making parking a bit of a challenge. Finished my cache day by grabbing a few more smileys on my way home. Thanks imanxman for adding a bit of fun to my day [^] Good hint made for a quick find.

Headed up to the High Desert area with [Purple] BoydChicks [/purple] on the last day of the world and the first day of a winter to finish up the Rails to Trails series and enjoy some of the local hides that are new or, we missed on our last trip up here. Enjoyed the beautiful, but chilly weather and found some noteworthy cache hides too. Thanks wii3b family for adding a bit of fun to my day [^]

Found many fun, and creative caches, thanks to all the C.O. for placing them for our enjoyment. With Mother Nature giving us F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C weather and the Geo-gods smiling down on us, we couldn’t ask for a better day. Thanks FarTraveled for adding a bit of fun to my day.[^]

Once I got past the first 30' at the bottom, the rest of the hike was quite enjoyable. Thanks captnemo for adding a bit of fun to my day.[^]
