Logs for SauceOz

After me successfully keying in the wrong coordinates and trying to lie my way out of it myself and geobuddy MooseMooseMoose located this cache after a nice walk.

The Pirate trackable has had an extended spell due to a severe case of Scurvy. But a good rest and a few sea shantys later and he is ready to continue his journey and has been placed into this cache.

Nice area. Remember the most direct route isn;t always the best one.
nice hide.
Took whistle, left keyring.
Thanks!

Check out this cache with geobuddy MooseMooseMoose. Unfortunately the tower was closed and we missed out on climbing it. However the views from the lookout are spectacular.
Great spot. Thanks for the cache

Located this cache with geobuddy MooseMooseMoose and also had to explain to geopals the reasons why there was no Pub at this cache.
The TB Hotel has them excited that we might be frequenting a licensed establishment hahaha.

Took Travel bug and left 8 ball car door knob.
Thanks for the cache

Cache has dirty water inside and a bit of a stink to it.
Needs replacement or a decent clean up

Last cache of the day with MooseMooseMoose.

I really enjoyed this cache!
Please make note of the ' Terrain ' rating on the this one. it is there for a reason! Wear good supportive footwear as a minimum.

I was with moosemoosemoose and geobuddy. I got an attack of the 'Bear Grylls' and charged on ahead. Great hide and a large cache with lotda goodies. Left Koala and took pedometer.
signed the log.

Take care walking back as can be slippery.

As the description says go back the way you came. I checked alternate routes and while possible they are absolutely not recommended.

TFTC...my favourite one so far!

This was a second attempt on this one.

Went straight to GZ with moosemoosemoose and had to convince ourselves we were spot on with out tracking.

Just when we had looked at everything obvious and virtually rediculous moosemoosemoose geobuddy said "here it is"

It is an excllent hide.....don't give up it, just cover all bases.

Did this cache with moosemoosemoose and her Geopartner.
The river must have looked amzing with the amount of water that charged down it to cause the damage that we could see.

A few farmer muggles and walker muggles but otherwise all clear.

Took nothing

Left Geocoin!!!

Another clever hide. As mentioned previously it was amusing when a local muggle stopped and walked towards us saying "you aren't doing grafitti are you?" then walked off apologising for being "accusatory"

So no need to say be diligent and keep your eyes peeled on this one as it is in a very public place.!

Excellent creative hide.

signed the log book and re-hid same place.

After Moosemoosemoose gettign annoyed with me in the back seat of the Geovehicloe saying 'forward 10, back 5 forward 7 back 6' I thought best to get out of the Geovehicle before I was thrown out.

GPS settled down then and the cache was an easy find.

The Rabbit Proof Fence really works!! None in sight!

Attempted this one with Moosemoosemoose and came to the asme conclusion the storms a few weeks ago could well ave sent this cache on it's merry way.

Might be worth the cache owner having a quick check to see if it is where it is suppose to be.

Well worth the stop and wander around this little cemetary. Kinda weird with busy roads all around it but good to see it is being preserved.

Took trackable travel bug G105J1

Left trackable travel bug 428223

well worth the visit with moosemoosemoose and geobuddy

This took me back to a place where we made our own BMX tracks through the bush.
Took official travel bug #428223 which will be placed in another cache soon.
Sportmuggles on oval but no dramas at cache location!
Left dragon pendant.

I remember when this road didn't have a speed limit. Well that's the way everyone use to drive down it. Took a few goes to get a clear shot at the cache with dog walking muggles on one side and late golfing muggles on the other with a soon to be setting sun.
Signed log book
Nothing taken
Nothing placed
Cache returned to location and hidden well,

This is a fantastic spot!

You would never in a million years expect what you find there. Now I just want to find out more about the place and the builder.

Nothing taken, nothing placed.

Really enjoyed this find!

Was a different perspective looking out over on the the wildest surf beaches on that part of coast. Brought back those memories of being pounded when surfing.
Great little walk along the dunes.
Best of all was collecting my first trackable geocoin GGDJ3J which will be placed into another cache in the very near future.
Make the most of this trip and bring a towel for a swim before or after.
Signed log book.
Took trackable geocoin.

Cheers!

Yes my very first geocaching attempt with trusty sidekick phillipajc. Was good to have chosen this one as a first attempt. Once we had all our gadgets working the cache was located successfully. No items were removed or placed into the container. The logbook was signed and photograph taken of the content. The hot weather kept away any prying muggles and the container has been replaced out of sight from your average muggle for the next Geo-Crew to locate.
