Iconic!

---
A very nice musical weekend in Vienna. We had a very nice hotel which was really good since the weather was very bad. It kept raining the whole weekend and we had to work with rain-proof clothes and umbrellas. Friday and Saturday was spent in Vienna and Sunday in Bratislava.

Time to archive this event.

I have, since a couple of weeks back, returned to Sweden and our beautiful capital Stockholm. I had a great time meeting you all at this event.

Be sure to contact me if you are planning a trip to the Nordics.

This icon structure is truly an amazing sight.

Found this geocache on a 13 hour long layover in Sydney on my way back to Sweden from New Zealand. I went into central Sydney before lunch and took a 14 kilometer long walk and found some caches.

No, did not find anything.

My first ever geocache find in Australia. I visited Sydney 10 years ago but was not a cacher back then. Today, after arriving in the city from a two week trip to New Zealand, I finally claimed my first Ozzie find! Australia became my 63rd country with a geocache find.

The answer has been sent to the owner of the cache.

On the 11th of September 2011 I was on the phone with a fellow student. We both saw on live TV when the second plane hit the second tower. Something I will never forget.

After hosting an event in the central parts of Christchurch I went in a 14 kilometer long geocaching walk through the city. My day in Christchurch will not be forgotten since the scars from the 2011 earthquake is still so visible. I had prepared for seeing scars of the earthquake but not to the extent that I experienced today. There were fellow cachers at the event explaining to me the different aspect of the rebuilding of the city as well as the impact on almost everybody in the city. I hope to see that Christchurch has been improved even more next time I visit New Zealand. Thank you for all the hospitality.

I would like to really thank everybody that showed up today to meet a Swede! One thing that has really impressed me during my two weeks of travel in New Zealand is the friendliness of the Kiwis. Today's event was not different. All the people attending showed great hospitality and interest in my story and travels.

Thank you so much for making my day in Christchurch so memorable!

After the event I was able to join a group of cachers solving a mystery in the center. Thank you Nosynel for driving me to the cache!

I hope I'll see you all sometime in Stockholm, do not hesitate to contact me if you're close by!

Came to the statue together with Nosynel and some other attendees of my event. We had worked out a theory in the car which proved to be correct. After some field work we were able to put some corrected coordinates into our devices.

This cache's concept was a favorite for me.

Found this geocache on my way from Lake Tekapo to Christchurch. The powertrail was not a good thing to do alone. I have to come back here with a friend and finish off the rest of the caches.

Found on the way to Lake Tekapo after visiting the Mount Cook National Park.

Today I started off early from Queenstown to be able to arrive in good time for some tramping at Mount Cook. After walking the Hooker Valley track up to the viewing point I went back for some lunch. After lunch I visited the Tasman Glacier and found the traditionals and the earth cache there. The evening has been spent in Lake Tekapo.
