Logs for The Klever Boys

In the area today before a gig at the O2, so had to nip out and bag a few caches.
No problems snaffling this one as it's quite a blatant hide, so a quick grab and the cache was ours. We had a quick look at the interesting building opposite and went on our way to the next.
Many thanks,
Russ & Sue

Our first find in Cornwall and had to be careful of the nearby shop. Luckily a delivery lorry arrived and blocked us being seen from there.

We took a nice little stroll to this one only to find a roadsweeper in the area. We hung around a little, but he was eyeing us up suspiciously!
We managed to find a seat and went back once he'd gone, but without success.
I now know where the cache should be and we did search there, but perhaps not thoroughly enough?
We'll be back to do this one though!
Many thanks.

What an interesting little place tucked away.
Lots of activity across the road, including a small camp of peaceful protesters, but by contrast, so quiet near the cache.
We soon picked up the answers and emailed them off for verification before logging.
Great spot and a very nice virtual. Thanks for bringing us here.

Thanks Mikulás - I thought we were imagining finding the cache in good condition!
Perhaps the next cacher can dispose of the soggy version and this one can go back online pending Bingoboy's return as it's a shame to lose caches in such a nice location.
Thanks,
Russ & Sue

Hmmm..this is quite odd.
We found the cache today and it was in decent shape (not in a bag, log dry). Perhaps someone may have been and tidied it up after Andy33's visit but before ours today?
Nice area and great walk (made more enjoyable by watching a group of people practicing falling flat on their faces..sorry...skating!).
Thanks,
Russ & Sue

Nice piece of history - enjoyed the program and learned a few very interesting facts.
We've sent an email as suggested.
Many thanks from England!

These are the Botanical Gardens at Ventnor on the Isle of Wight (Southern England).
Opened in 1972, the gardens cover over 22 acres and are on the site of the former Royal National Chest Hospital.
Many thanks.

Pictured are the surviving depot engine sheds next to St Neots railway station on England's East Coast Main Line railway.
Although not in the best shape, the sheds are now being used by a (tacky) furniture trader. Shame really.

Called in at this one today.
It's in the eastern part of England, in the village of Old Warden. It's a disguised transmitter for the mobile firm Orange.
