Logs for aussieroo

Nice area... although quite odd Smile I'll second the earlier comments about the sogginess of the cache contents... the lid was covered in condensation but it looked like everything inside was still OK. TFTC.

Found while geocaching with mum... just as well she knows her botany Wink

Looked high and low, here and there, left and right, but no cache... Sad I was obviously in the right spot, because there were a lot of visible tracks from other cachers in a place where the muggles would have no reason to visit.

The doggy park was good... looks like a fun spot for them Smile

Mum is getting better at geocaching than I... she spotted this one quickly while I was fiddling with a recalcitrant GPS [:(!]. There are soooo many caches in soooo many parks around this part of Brisbane. Nice! TFTC Smile

Easy find. I always wanted to live in a treehouse. Wink TFTC.

OK, so I got a dose of guilt for sending the Islamorada TB to the wrong side of the globe... so I'll send it back on its way and swap it for a cute little red Jeep which hitch-hiked its way over with me from California.

Thanks for bringing us to a beautiful and enjoyable part of Brisbane that we otherwise would not have reason to visit.

Found on a warmish and humid day. Nice bit of Aussie bushland is just what this Aussie expat needed. TFTC Smile

The square root did not converge. No joy for us today Sad

Had a good walk though, and that's enough "compensation". Would probably have helped to bring along the hint Wink

A nice walk in a nice little park. Mum found the cache (first time geocaching).

I'm being cruel to a travel bug here... the flashlight is going to Florida -- via Australia -- hee hee hee. Hopefully someone can get it back on track again soon.

On the way out, saw another family looking suspiciously like geocachers... maybe there'll be another log entry here soon Smile

Cheers!
