This is my favored sports arena: in summer you can swim and in winter you can use it for skating ore ice hockey meetings. It is located on a little island on the river Neckar in Esslingen, South Germany.

We found this deep, big heart left in a stump of a tree in Southwest Germany near Ochsenwang on our tour getting Bellavista-cache-series along the Swabian Alb.

"German Swäbische Alb, continuation of the Jura Mountains in Baden-Württemberg Land (state), southwestern Germany. The plateau rises in a steep northwestern scarp some 1,300 feet (400 m) above the valleys of the Neckar, Rems, and Fils rivers to its highest…"

German famous poet Friedrich Schiller was only 46 years old as he died. 2005 we have a "Year of Schiller", because of his dead in 1805 - now 200 years ago.
This statue - without Schiller, but with his name - I found in Ludwigsburg, South Germany. It´s called "Schiller - Bank / Console" and contents some verses of Friedrich Schiller.

One of the oldest stone bridges in Germany, built around 1286 - 1294. Today there is new brigde 200 m away, because the traffic growed too much. For many years not only vehicles but also a street car crossed the Neckar river and a Highway over the old bridge. Today only pedestrians use the way from Esslingen to the Pliensauvorstadt.
