Logs for rovingraps

16-Jan-11
Woohoo, a rare FTF!!
Like the previous loggers, we spent a good 10 mins in the car park.
A good think about how the clue might be relevant, the cache title and a bit of geosense led us to the obvious place and the cache was soon in hand.
I've since had a quick look on google earth and agree that the coords could do with a tweak!

I guess the clue must apply to people shorter than me!
Found it eventually once I'd got the right level.
TFTC

Couldn't access ground level, managed to get onto balcony at first level and couldn't find access to any other levels.
Soon got bored of traipsing around a mall looking for exits and gave up.

29-Aug-10
I was lured over to this one from my hotel at Casuarina Beach so jogged over in the morning sun to grab FTF.
Got a little lost near the entrance to the club but found a very handy green gate.
Made the easy find and was miffed to see I was 3rd to sign the log, although the 1st appears to be the CO!!! The 2nd was back in June so although not officially FTF, I'm happy to take the credit!
Left a GC to lure the next cacher.
Thanks for the puzzle and the cache.

Nice to find one nearby thats not reserved for the premium members! Was next door on a course so made the grab before I start. Local cachers note: the bushes are full of huge ripe blackberries at the moment- get yourselves down there! Took tb left a gonk. Tftc

Could a future finder please let me know if my daughters coin " Charlottes Bridges and Arches of Central Park" is in the cache??
Many thanks and greetings from the UK, rovingraps

12-Apr-10
Worked this one out on the flight over from the UK.
Parked the bike at the top of the steps and walked down. Sadly the coords seemed to put me in the middle of the road and my bee-dance was attracting the attention of a home-owner.
Dejected I returned back up the steps to my bike to take another look. A 5 letter word I missed made a big difference (about a mile north) and as the listing says its at Queen Annes I decided this must be wrong.
I then doubted whether a plural counts as a repetition and fiddled the numbers again to find the new coords put me about 5 yards from my original calcs.
Off I went back down the steps and had the cache in hand in minutes, although I didn't understand the clue!
Grabbed the copy of the British guitar GC.
Thanks for the cool puzzle (and the exercise!!)

Cool puzzle and great to see a decent size cache, I hope the gardeners don't uncover it!
Took TB that was listed elsewhere, left Trillians GC (note, neither of the 2 TBs were at the cache)

First find in Seattle!
Set off at 7:30am on my bike and got told to get off and walk by a speaker in the bushes!!
Got the coordinates and made the grab.
I intended to swap some well travelled TB's but sadly none of the 5 listed trackables were there.
BTW, the ampersand for clue 11 seems to be missing, there is a metal pole with some wires sticking out instead!

Parked the bike at the bottom of the hill and followed the trail around.
My heart sank when I approached the GZ and saw tools and building materials.
It appears the bridge/path next to the bridge is being repaired but luckily the workmen must have been on lunch break.
I intended to swap TB's but under the circumstances,I'd say a muggling by the workmen may well be on the cards so I took the liberty of taking both TB's and leaving none.
Many thanks for the cache.

I love it! What a cool hide!
Sadly none of the trackables are there and the log is soggy!

Felt a bit creepy hanging around during the school drop-off, but after about 10 mins....could that be....yes!!
Great hide but sadly another Seattle cache with none of the listed TB's there. Who's eating these things?
Left a yellow racer TB to try to get things going again!

Nice quick multi and a cute little park.
Took Gumby TB (the only trackable in the cache) and left a 100000 caches GC.

Took dummy TB, left Och aye the noo TB

Nice easy grab whilst doing another nearby cache.

Good job I'm tall! Was left about 8ft off the ground!!!
Moved to a midget-friendly height!
TFTC

dropped in to check I'd left the roses GC here yesterday and found some new TBs, took them, left Dog TB

Nice easy nano.

Got stuck at WP1. Place was teeming with muggles but I found this an advantage as I could look around without raising the guards interest. Thought I'd interpreted the hint but still didn't find it...

03-Jan-10
oops, think I left this coin here too. If not here its in nearby "Wheres your loyalty" GCVE2F.
Sorry for any confusion - I thought I'd noted down all my drops! [;I]

Woohoo, cache 100!!! SmileSmile And what a worthy cache - great views from the top.
To celebrate I have left 3TBs, all from faraway shores but more importantly I have left 2 very special Geocoins.
They belong to each of my daughters and this is their first drop.
They want to see as many countries in the world as possible in 2010 and then end up back in the UK.
From New South Wales to Old South Wales if you like Wink.
They are in competition with each other so if you take one or both coins, please drop SOON and ideally at different caches, oh and nice secure muggle free ones please!!!
Many thanks
Rovingraps (and daughters!)

Woohoo, first find in Australia, after a couple of DNF's in Manley.
Celebrated by leaving a TB on its maiden voyage (yes its a small TB!)
TFTC

last one of the day here in sydney. Those fruit bats are amazing!
Took GC, left Remove B4 flight and Mickey replacement TB

Spent about an hour looking but DNF, GPS seemed to send me deep into the jungle so I sensed that wouldn't be right.
Used geosense and looked under every log I could find but no good.
Having read other logs afterwards, perhaps I should have ignored hint!
Anyway, what a fantastic little beach nearby - the waterfall is the finishing touch!

Looked....and looked....and looked some more. Even went over the fence and looked.
Spent about 45 mins looking. GPS kept sending me to a likely looking cache spot but nothing there.
Didn't even have the view to enjoy today - too misty!!

A TB dip for some of my travel companions!

GPS had packed up so relied on map, hint and geosense!
Area was hosted by an angry lady shouting at herself - she cleared off and I made the grab - nice hide!
Took the only trackable in there (solace GC replica). Wanted to leave a TB but full of loyalty cards!!
