Found this one while taking a night tour of DC. Went here after WWII Memorial and than on to Lincolns Memorial. It's really cool at night but a bit hard to find if you are not paying attention.... We walked right by the entrance.

"Observatory Hill - Down Under"
Did not find WP1 but we did find the spider, we feed him. His eyes glowed with the light from my torch. Did not have great luck even late at night with muggles. I was a great view .TSG
