Found sparkie, but tool slid back into the box. I'll return in the next 48 hours with a tool and fix the cache.

Visited on 16 January. The box had the lid on, and the latches were secure, but the box was filled with water. The area probably flooded sometime in the past few months. The log was completely soaked. See photo.
