Logs for TEEC 

Approached this from the north (This is not the recommended route!!!). It is a tough one. Even tougher if you don't use the narrow trail that takes you right there. Arrived at the cave at 9:35am. Log has only a couple of spaces left for entries. Found a nice set of sunglasses near cache. Left them there as we thought the owner might come back for them.

The area you hid this cache in is where I regularly take groups of school children. I was unaware of the cache! I'm pleased that I can log in as the first to find it but a bit disappointed that I (one of the junior muggles) found it without doing the multi-cache properly.

Wrote in the log, took nothing, left nothing and excited a whole class of kids who were very thrilled to find the treasure.

Lovely spot! Travelled by here many times but actually took the time to stop to pick up this cache. Thanks for making us stop. Took a ball and left a yo-yo. 

Had two attempts at trying to find this one. First day got bushed down Fisher's? Rd. Serves us right for not using a map. 2nd attempt found the location but no sign of any cache. Spent a considerable time searching.Visiting from the Atherton Tablelands enjoyed the location even if we didn't find it!

A bit damp when we visited. A part of Cairns we had never been to. Took nothing, left nothing. Climbing the tree in thongs was fairly difficult. 

Looking back over the logs it would appear that this one seems to disappear! We found the first tree OK, but no sign of the 1st cache which of course brought a rather abrupt end to the proceedings. 

Found the cache today. Great Clue! 

Struggled to locate this one. May need an additional clue or two for inexperienced searchers such as myself! 

Pouring rain when we arrived. Managed to retrieve the cache and take in under the picnic shelter to open it. Took nothing except a photo! 

Got to cache and back in just over 4 hours with a 10y.o. and a 13y.o. and had a good half hour at the top. Great views today but pretty blustery. Took hacky-sack and left a metal finger spinner. Lots of evidence of wild pigs in the area, actually heard them on our approach to the summit but did not see them. The travel bug was not in cache! Some muggles had signed the book but had not tampered with anything else. 

Great idea for a cache. Just made it before a tropical downpour. 

Very pleased with myself!
