[ thanks for this cache ! what a beaut, thanks for a couple of hints ] knowing that the cache can be reached without destroying the environment was a big help [ on my second attempt I found it with almost psychic ability, making sure no one could see me, I also did my best to ensure it was not visible on leaving. I love the fact that caches exist lying there invisible to passers by. Thanks for a great cache.

Left a little bear, took a fortune in Rupee Wink]

Yay ! Finally, a cache that I didn't get : stung bitten, scratched, and actually exists in the location specified !

Nice Cache, interesting location, although I couldn't see the 'public facilities' supposedly erected on this site Wink

Took the glow-in-the-dark froggy, and left a sparkly pen

Thanks !

When some mates piked on this trip, I decided to go anyway, and alter the route to include this cache ! the cache itself is hidden in a pretty cool place ! but the contents of the cache are a little dubious (mental note to self : redskins are not good cache contents) Unfortunately I left my pen, camera, and swapping trinkets back in my pack, and, as I was loosing the battle with the prom flies (ow !) I just couldn't summon the energy to get retrieve them. (I was tired from the hill ok ?) anyway, I tried to log my entry with the inkless pen (take your own or even replace the caches pen) and made no exchange.

Thanks for placing the cache.

Merry Xmas !

Thanks biggles bear, a lovely cache, and I learnt something new (as I do each time I do one of your caches !) It seemed fitting to swap my US coin for a russian one (made in the same year I was Wink
Stealth, and speed was called for as the cache is in rather a public location, but I think I pulled it off.. not sure about some of the ppl on the other side of the river...

Thanks

Was heading home after dropping my sister off from the airport, remembered the cache, and checked my ever handy gps (my wife thinks I am a total geek) and lo-and behold it was still in memory ! a quick stop to buy something to swop, and without any instructions, headed optimistically for the cache location. Cache found, in good nick, but a bit small, some creative packing required to get the ball I brought in. I took the bigest item (to make room) which was the hippo pad Smile

Also, I am very pleased that this cache had no spiders / insects / fallen trees / scratchy / cutty / bitey things in the way of the cache, much more enjoyable Smile

Thanks for a neat cache

[I was just about to give up and call myself a failed geocacher.. but I persisted, and found it ! It is quite hard to approach this cache - there is a lot of 'cutty-grass' and the fallen tree also reduced me to my knees. ]Gur orfg nccebnpu jnf sebz gur bgure fvqr gb sebz gur 'grn cnegl cngu'[I took the laptop strap, and left a 'mini-slinky'
Thanks for a great cache.

Geocache : NOT FOUND Sad

I searched for nearly 3 hours for this one, but could find no sight nor trace.. I had what I considered to be an excellent lock on the gps (4m) and took a number of bearings which intersected at the spot.. but NO CACHE.. mind you, there are a number of rocky out crops in this area, and I suppose a number of boulders could be considered 'slabs' - I removed NUMEROUS smaller rocks from a number of slabs, but found no blue lunch box (nor melted evidence thereof either) but, I may have been looking in the wrong place - I was alone, so perhaps another set of eyes would have spotted it.

I certainly would appreciate anyone confirming that this cache is / is not still here.

Good luck in finding it !

Oh, BTW, the carpark is not at the end of eucalyptis cls, it is a road that looks like a driveway, but is actually named ninderry rd. Here are the co-ords Smile S 26 32.629 W 152 59.383

[I actually approached this cache from the noosa side, and had a great time looking for it. I actually set off to get an idea of the lay of the land. I left at about 3:30, but I was so close, I figured I just had to find it ! So by the time I had found the cache I was running short on time !

There are some great views from this location, and I can highly recommend a rather scenic spot very close by to where the cache is located. Check out S26 23.545 E153 07.053 , you overlook two little coves, I was running out of light, so I wasn't able to do it all justice..

After a few wrong turns I fournd the cache hidden EXACTLY where the co-ordinates mentioned (even though the car park co-ords seem to be in the ocean) A lovely cache, and location, I only wish I had more time to spend there ! I really wanted the hat, but didn't think it was a fair trade for what I left (I didn't have time to get to a toy store, so I had to make leave stuff that I had with me for travel) so I took the golf ball instead !

Can Highly recommend this cache Smile

Hint : ] If I were to do this trip again from noosa, it is quite easy ; go to the top of Hastings st, into the national park, and then take any path to sunshine beach (which is very pretty) from sunshine beach, the cache is easy to find, and easy to get to, with good gps coverage. [ going another way (like I did) ended up in going through a few bushes with scary spiders.. hee hee

Great cache, thanks Smile

Our First Chache !

I didn't realise how close to where I live this cache actually is ! We have walked past many times, not knowing the secret that lay there. Until I discovered GeoCaching

Took the cute elephant charm, and left an MG F sportscar (sorry biggles, its just a little one)

Nice clue, and a well put together cache, cache was in good nick when found, albeit a little tricky to close up (my packing skills no doubt)

Thanks for setting it up !
