Logs for Appleboxlane

Thanks for the stickers!

We found it on 26 April 2022 with our granddaughters Percy (4) and Dido (2).

Sadly did not find this micro cache, even after doing a lot of belly-wiggling and bush-searching with our two granddaughters (4 and 2)

Carolyn and Clive found this on 26/04/2022 with their granddaughters Percy (4) and Dido (2)

Nan and 3 grandchildren found this today - code names AppleboxLane and GMound. Tiny! Thanks for the adventure.

I was here yesterday with a team of grandchildren (2, 6 and 10) and we hunted and hunted at the location on the map before the proprietor came out and wanted to know what we were doing.
Could it have disappeared?
If the answer is ‘No, it’s still there, just look harder/be taller’, we’ll try again.

Great little micro cache. Found this on 9/6/51 (my 70th birthday) with my grandson Will and daughter Kate. Water has wrecked the paper log so we couldn’t write our names on it - needs a new log.

Found by CKWE and Appleboxlane — Will (5), Kate and Carolyn — on 9/6/51. Looked high ... and then low.

Nice little cache. Logged it on 9/6/21 with two grandsons Will and Eddie and daughter Kate. (CKWE and Applebox Lane)

Ran out of daylight for safe walking, but we got sooo close. Will have another try in a few weeks.
Best method is to reduce bush-bashing by following the rocky creek — but wear a backpack so you can keep both hands free; long-sleeve gardening gloves will help with the blackberry and Bursaria spinosa thorns; and we also found it handy to use a long stick.
