It appears that the cache has gone missing. We are on our way to replace the cache. WE have now replaced the cache so all is well.

Have travelled out from Taupo this morning and replaced the container in the cache. Also a new logbook.

Have replaced the container so all is good to go. 

It seems that someone has failed to put the container back in the correct place. Or else it has been stolen. We will replace it as soon as possible. Boyd&Jinx 

Went back this morning to recheck the cache because we had a feeling we had found it but didn't recognise the shape of the cache. TFTC 

Found with AnnetteAndDave. A lovely walk in the trees. TNLN 

Looked all over the bike with 4 of us and still we could not find it. 

Sorted out a few problems with the cache.
Removed the extra container that somehow turned up after being lost for a while. Hope all goes well now as this is a very active site and the many messages and visits the cache has received over many years has been incredible

We have found the cache and returned it to the spot where it was supposed to be. Let us hope that future finders will return it to the same place

We are having trouble with this site.
Geocacher's are not returning the container to the correct coordinates, Track maintenance removed the cache, and now after replacing the container with a new one it has also gone missing. We will replace the cache and find a new spot to locate it nearby.

Now up and running again after maintenance 

Have just visited the site after receiving a comment that a geocacher was unable to find the container.
It appears that there has been some maintenance on the track and the geocache has been rempoved.
We will replace as soon as possible.

After the last two visitors said they could not find the cache we thought we had better give Porridge Pot a visit.
The cache was at the correct spot.

Due to felling of trees we have had to change our Coordinates 

Because of recent tree felling and clearing of undergrowth in the area of the cache we have temporarily removed the the container until the activity has stopped.
We will most likely have to relocate with new coordinates.
Meanwhile please visit the area as the mud pool is well worth a visit

Dried the cache out this afternoon as some water had sneaked into the container.

An easy find in a beautiful landscape. We also left NZ KIWI TB to start his travels so that the pupils of room 8 Bellevue School can watch and follow it's journey!

A wet day but we found the cache very easily. Thanks for taking us there. 

We have lived in the Rotorua area for many years but have not been to this park. Thank you for taking us there (Our 100th find)

At long last the earthworks and ramps have been completed, so we have today replaced the wet logbook and cleaned up the cache container. 

A lovely walk on an overcast day. Not many muggles about.
No TB's in the cache.

Easy to retreave as the rain held muggles away. a nice cache to find TFTF 

Had a little trouble in the rain and lots of cars around. Fun finding the cache when the GPS took us straight there.

We stopped here many years ago when our children were little.It is still as nice as ever.

The clue sure helped as we were having trouble with both our GPS's. We have driven pass this stop many times and this is the first time we have stopped. Removed Geocoin from the cache.
