After arriving from HNL and waiting for our gate to open, I looked up details on the virtual and found a nice spot in the walkway to the Bradley terminal to take a pic of the Theme building and control tower. TFTv. 

The signs forbid further 'activities' in here. Enjoyed the short walk. tfttc

0950. Tough find for me; my new Vista HCx had me about 30 feet to the north. Had to walk an exhaustive 400 feet to my car to grab my PDA . Then read the hint that helped a bunch.
I was heading to Dulles after a business trip in Dumfries and had to take the more scenic route to bag VA's oldest active cache.
Thanks for the hunt; I wished I had my bike with me to ride around the lake. Maybe next time.
