Logs for Flyinggorilla

28-Jan-10
A clever hide, but not so hard to find if you're looking. Had to resort to the clue though.

Found this cache easily, no kangaroos to be seen today. Easy walk if you find the right entrance.

Must be looking in the wrong place as we had no luck. Rather difficult terrain to walk around unnoticed in. Will try again at a later date.

Nice easy find after a day of failures. Pleasant location, gentle walk.

No trouble finding this cache. Thankyou for the puzzle, it kept the kids busy.

An easy find if not for suspicious muggles.
made as though we were tourists on a sightseeing trip and walked up close to examine the old water tank at the front, then moved into garden to see the other side and sat down next to pole.while sitting i reached hand around and fiddled for it and found it easily, we then retreated to the other, later built water tank and from there went around half of carpark and back to our car where we opened it.
returning took a while when i raced back and searched for something i had 'dropped' and then left the area.

Found this cache after quite a search on a cold, blustery, wet afternoon. No worries about being seen.

This was our very first cache find, we found it on Sunday around 5pm, no-one else in sight. Quite easy to find, though buried deeper than we imagined. We often visit the gun and the war memorial, so it was fun to find that it had an extra secret.
The container had water inside but the contents of the plastic bag were dry. Took nothing, left R2D2 and bracelet.
