Mom and I enjoyed a stroll around the trail today; spotted several birds and some unidentified scat as we were leaving the trail for the "real Florida experience." Fortunately, we found enough animal trails to follow that we avoided most of the vegetation known to reach out and grab one when they least expect it. Razz After two years of watching this one, I was happy to snag it during the winter months. Where are the eagles this year? Find #2534

I had this one on my "must do list" while touring Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji after finding similar 9/11 memorials in New York. A very impressive memorial in size!! I remember the day clearly as I was working and we had wandered into a Mexican restaurant for lunch. Alhtough the news broadcast on TV was completely in Spainish, a language we didn't understand, the message and feeling were clear. Find #642

Despite the rain, I was determined to snag the smiley. Spotting the slippery path to the cache, I had a lifeline hanging on to me while I made the grab. Great Garden! Find #639

A bit of a tricky find with all the fallen leaves; thanks for the hint! Find #641

The afternoon rain was a perfect opportunity to enjoy the Canterbury Museum and it's wide variety of exhibits. Great stuff! Luckily, the rain let up and we were off to the park. The only Indiana Jones trick was dodging the traffic since we seemed to miss the crosswalk before finding the cache. Find #640

With this tacky decor, one would never need new wallpaper or paint. Wink Enjoyed all 1145 shells before heading out into the rain for the grab. Great concealment method! Find #638

I didn't quite master all the math but knew I had to be close. After using the hint and checking a few options, I found the cache lying on the ground; perhaps that pesky possum was caching again. Wink Find #633

First cache find in Australia and quite ironic since I tend to stay clear of snakes. Despite the cache size, it still took some time to spot; it helps to be on the right side of the fence. Red Face Exchanged TBs. Find #627

Luckily, I've found similar cemetery hides and spotted this one quite quickly. Enjoyed the history! Find #628
