I had hunch, finally found it! So satisfying! TFTC 

Very bloody clever! DSL as I didnt have a pen/pencil with me at the time, grabbed this one after i got the when near the dog park. Waited for a few muggles to walk past before searching, and then realised that i got my feet dirty for no reason >:( TFTC I enjoyed it! 

Found it, confusing at first, walked in from the wrong direction  

I started from the hiking trails up near the suburban houses. I hiked past the viewing deck that is on the 1st (or 2nd, depending which direction you come by) and onto the little trail that overlooked the wharf. At first I thought I wouldn't find it, but its so nice! My dog didn't help in finding it.
