Found this in Valby, Denmark. It is an old ad for an insurance company, “Fjerde Søâ€. The insurande company doesn’t exist anymore; it is now a part of a bigger insurance company, Codan. The ad says something like “If you are insured in “Fjerde Sø†you have nice cards on the hand (played your hand well)â€.

Behind there is another ad, for a construction company, “Repabygâ€.
 

Found this in Valby, Denmark. 

Found the coordinates on a cemetery in Copenhagen (Assistent Kirkegården). A lot of famous (Danish) people are buried here. Including Hans Christian Andersen (1805-1875) (writer of fairytales), Søren Kirkegaard (1813-1855) (a philosopher) and Hans Christian Ørsted (1777-1851) (a physicist, who discovered electromagnetism and found the element aluminium).

 

This is a very nice wooden door I found in Viborg, Denmark. It is the door to the "Military’s Building Service". 

In Viborg, Denmark there is a Holy Spring, the “Saint Leoni Springâ€. It is named after Saint Apollonia, a holy Byzantine virgin. She suffered martyrdom in 249 in Alexandria during a local uprising against the Christians. She jumped into the fire herself rather than renouncing the Christianity. Before burning she was tortured and hit in the head so she lost all her teeth. She became the saint and helper for people with toothache. Today she is used in the logo for the Danish Dentist Association.
