Logs for Team Below Par

Found this cache as we were working our way to the Sydney Opera House. Looked like cache had just been ransacked. We put cache back together as best we could, but TB's and geocoins identified in the cache summary are all missing. Isn't it a shame we live with so many fools. Sydney is a beautiful place to visit. We'd love to spend more time in this area if and when we are lucky enough to return to Australia. Thanks. Team Below Par (from Arizona, USA)

Looked for this cache for about half an hour without luck. Spent time digging amongst cigarette butts without any success. Based on recent entries as well as our own experience, wondering if this cache hasn't been muggled. Anywho, thanks for providing the cache. Team Below Par (from Arizona, USA)

We went looking for this cache with a couple we met on the Celebrity Millennium cruise ship. This was the first time they had the opportunity to use a handheld GPS or go geocaching. They really enjoyed the experience and are thinking of getting their high-adventure son a unit for Christmas. Views of the train station and surrounding city are beautiful from the area of the cache. Thanks for providing this adventure for us and our new friends.

Found this one with neocachers Bob and Betty from upstate New York. This cache gave them a good introduction to geocaching. The cache location was cleverly selected. GPS wasn't a great aid as it was jumping all over the place. Clue was very helpful. Thanks for the hide. Team Below Par (from Arizona, USA)

We really enjoyed taking the cable car to the top of the Botanic Garden. Took a little while to find this cache as we relied too heavily on the cache creator's clue. That's a first. The views of Wellington from the cache location are tremendous. We really enjoyed our walk through the park after finding the cache as we worked our way down to the CBD. Thanks. Went looking for this cache after spending an enjoyable 3 hours in the Te Papa Museum. What a neat museum. For whatever reason, our GPS went on leave looking for this cache. It kept us running in circles for a while, and then finally went to work. After getting in the vicinity it still took us a while to find cache. A young lady was resting near the cache location and we had to ask her if she minded us searching while she rested. She thought us crazy but relented to our search. Sure enough, cache was within a few feet of the domain she had staked out. Thanks for providing the cache. Team Below Par (from Arizona, USA)

Nice hide in a small city park. Took us forever to get the log out of it's container. Guess our fingers just aren't nimble enough. Found the log is full and needs replacement. No surprise given the size of the cache. Found this cache on our way to the Te Papa Museum. What an incredible place. Thanks for providing the challenge. Team Below Par (from Arizona, USA)

Nice and easy cache. Found cache is in need of new log. Cache is located in beautiful little park with great views of the honeycomb Parliament Building. Looking for this cache cost us the opportunity to tour the Parliament Building, as the last tour of the day left just a few minutes before we arrived at the Parliament Building. Oh, well. Thanks for the hide. Team Below Par (from Arizona, USA)

On vacation to New Zealand and Australia. While waiting for our ship to sail did a little geocaching. After looking unsuccessfully for two other caches, found this one without difficulty. Log is a little moist, and may need replacement. Thanks for the hide. Team Below Par (from Arizona, USA)

Bound this cache near another one in Sturms Gully. Owner of property wondered what we were doing at first, but after advising him we were geocachers, he had no objection to us being on the property and looking for the cache. Owner advised he has left geocache undisturbed as courtesy to former owner of property and founder of cache. Took a while to locate cache as coordinates were jumping all over the place. Found log book to be a bit damp and in need of replacement. Thanks for the hide. Team Below Par (from Arizona, USA)

Took us two trys to find this one. GPS was almost useless as it got us no nearer than 60 feet to the cache. Very clever clue. Don't think we would have found it without the clue. Ferry Building was interesting to explore as was the entire area around the harbor. Auckland is the start of our 17 day adventure in New Zealand and Australia. Visiting this port city is a great way to start off the trip. Thanks. Team Below Par (from Arizona, USA)

Good hide. Found cache a little difficult to find because GPS was jumping all over the place. Great little park to hide cache. Enjoyed walking around Napier and enjoying what the city had to offer. After finding cache had a nice lunch in the Clive Square area. Had no luck finding cache creator's office as we wanted to stop in and say hi. Anywho, will do so next time we are in NZ. Thanks. Found this cache on a recent trip to New Zealand and Australia. What a beautiful place for a cache. Took T-Rex toy and left New Zealand coin. Great views of bay from Bluff Hill. Thanks. Team Below Par (from Arizona, USA)

Tried to find this cache on November 22nd and 23rd, but without any luck. Weren't able to make a full search as many muggles in area. At least that's our excuse, and we're sticking with it. Love Big Bird nevertheless. Thanks for providing the challenge. Team Below Par (from Arizona, USA)

Looked for this cache for about 1/2 hour, but had no luck. If we get back to Auckland, we'll give it another go. Thanks. Team Below Par (from Arizona, USA)
