Logs for d!Di

13-Nov-08
Unfortunately my very last cache in Australia. The same day we flew back to Belgium. But we'll be back some day, that's for sure!

What a nice and well maintained container!

I felt a bit like a rock wallaby, hopping on the rocks. At the top I saw 2 kangoeroes and in the river was some water (which they told us to be exceptional).

Althought listed in the inventory, there was NO TB Sad

The GPS always wanted to send me off track. As it was a NP i didn't want to wonder off to long (as they just warned us for high fines that apply when they catch you off track). Nevertheless spent a few minutes around the cache but couldn't find it. All i saw was an empty and thorn plastic box that could have been the cache...

We continued the walk to the end of the gorge and were very pleased.

On our trip down under. So happy to see platypus. Started to doubt if we would so it, but there it was after a (great) while... Soooo cute.

Could log the same thing as JMProject, only that we didn't swim.
I gave up but An was lucky to find it on our way back down.

First we had some doubts if we would visit this place. Seemed too touristic, but after the tour we were realy glad we had stopped over. Great spot.

Lovely stroll. I had hoped to see a platypus but i had to wait until dawn in the Eungella NP a few days later. Soooo cute Wink.
