I thought my cache had been sabotaged, so I raced there to see if it was still intact. It is.
08-Jun-09
A couple of minutes to find this one, but with my wit located it with pure glee! This log paper is a bit damp and needs a new one as I had to squeeze my name in there. TFTC!

Thanks for the cache! Was a wedding on, but I played 'the tourist' with my backpack and camera and knelt down to 'fumble' in my bag, retrieved the cache with muggles in plain view but they suspected nothing! mwuh ha ha! TNLN, just signed log, took a coupla pics and left. YAY!

Found this with new recruit Rhubarb - his second for the day. I brought us to the location and he used his skill to locate, grab and run. Filled out the log, a bit faffy, then replaced with ease except no shoelaces on his shoes! We don't use GPS but wit (that's me) and cunning (that's him) are on to a teamic formula. TFTC!
placed tracking bug in Timberland.

found this with Rhubarb - a new recruit. I found the whereabouts and he grabbed the cache! It is very wet - I could hardly write the log - needs a sealed plastic bag, as most log entries are blurred/smudged. Great spot - discovered a drinking hole nearby, oh the pockets of the world yet to discover! TFTC! Nice rainy day... Romeo and Juliet got wet.

Found the cache, took it, then could not replace due to muggles, so will return tomorrow. Took out x2 tracking bugs, put in a sticker. Bug 1: MJ6TVT. Bug 2: UNYH7D

we came here twice - once on 6th and again on 11th. We had the right co-ordinates, we looked high and low, we checked the clue but all to no avail. Is it there?
09-Nov-08
Easy find, thanks! On approaching the location we got covered in loads of big ants which was a slight deterrent. Then we discovered a toad sleeping in a hole, then we found a black container with 2 lids, which, when opened was full of used sharps - not nice for kids to discover. This was all leading up to the cache find. In- x2 stickers, out- dinosaur and snake. TFTC!

Cutsey little area. Geo bloke kept and eye out as geo lady returned the cache stash. Geo kids had fun looking at the goodies.
in - tealight and shell
out - seahorse and spinning top

Took turtle and parrott magnets, gorgeous shell necklace and a travel bug - W41PQP 5- Macavity.
put in - pack of mini playing cards, tealight.
Pen was a bit dodgy and the description of the container should be amended as was different when we got there...

TFTC! had 2 geo kids with us and they both wanted something so we put in a car and took a ball and a teapot teaspoon with full intentions of returning to add more booty.

ah look - it's there now. It was set on 13th July 08. So sorry for the debacle (if you felt it was one). WL2 have been a fly n a tree to have seen you all turn up at the same time...

Aye - a muggle-bound area... Hard not to look dodgy. Smilee found it easy enough. We took it away, checked the contents - took the 3 'good luck' coins and left a white rabbit figure and an origami pencil. Signed the log, replaced with ease - someone has left a pair of socks close by - must've got wet in the sea. TFTC!
Found this with Smilee and another little buddy. Thanks to the GPS on a phone which helped as I was there a week ago in the 'wrong' area and couldn't find it. It wasn't quite as concealed as I would have expected it to be so I made sure it certainly was when I left it. Little buddy took a happy smiley face sticker and chose to leave a playing card. TFTC!

[a quick find for us. Almost got caught out by a couple of muggles - one was down and the other was up, but I don't think they paid any attention although I must've looked a bit dodgy as the area looks like a] party hang out... [be a bit careful as the area does not look totally safe from broken bottles and sharps.
very quick and easy find for us. Found it with Smilee. A few muggles came wondering past so we did the tourist thing and took pics of ourselves in this interesting spot. took a little green magnet and a euro 1c coin and put in a hunchback figure and an astronaut red chicken figure. TFTC

could do with an encrypted clue as there are many places to look. Please can we have one? Lovely spot to visit, thanks!
OK, have tried 3 times, with and without a GPS. Was right on the money (literally, as where I stood was a 50c piece, so we took that - thanks to probably the last geocacher). No idea. I give up. An encrypted clue would help to ease the pain...

Wow! After rummaging a while, decided on a different tact. Then I hit the jackpot! All the clues are there - loved this one!

found this with The Artful Dodgers. Actually Melbelle found it with absolute precision and I looked on amazed! A couple of Muggles nearby but didn't really notice what we were up to. Thanks!
